Veterinary Receptionist
Mars Hill Animal Hospital is looking to add a friendly and dedicated Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Specialist to our front desk team.
Our Veterinary Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice.
This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
As our first point of contact, you will be delivering personalized and dedicated client care to all patients and owners.

Daily responsibilities of a Veterinary Receptionist include:
Managing multiple phone lines Booking appointments Greeting clients Processing payments Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
Customer Service Teamwork Medical Record Management Client Communication Positive, upbeat attitude Organizational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Develop an understanding of basic veterinary topics including vaccinations, basic lab tests, common diseases, parasite prevention, diets, and other medical topics.

Someone with a love of animals and a customer service background would be the best fit for this position.
You must be outgoing and energetic to fill this role.
Our Veterinary Receptionists play an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service.
Hourly pay for this position is dependent on experience.
Starting range is $14-$15 per hour.
