Coordinate the property's closing process and communicate instructions.
Assist with aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Filing and file audits Misc.
tasks including, Pickup staging, Property checks, Key drops, Etc.
Track title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
Input all client information into client database system.
