Lou Sobh Volkswagen is now hiring a FULL TIME AND PART-TIME Receptionist! We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team.
The hours/ days will be:
The days during the week vary, plus the weekends.
Monday-Friday 7am-8pm Saturday - 8am -7pm and 3pm- 8pm Sunday - 12pm-6pmResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone systemGreet incoming guests, and continue to provide world-class customer service to customers and employees alikeAssign customers to Sales Consultants as needed using computer softwareProvide various administrative support as it pertains to the storeQualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsBi-lingual is always a plus!Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)Professional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environmentMUST be able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
